The Challenge
WOD Armour, a fast-growing athleisure brand doing ₹60L in monthly revenue, needed to scale toward ₹1 Crore — but manual campaign management couldn't keep pace. Catching saturating ad sets, identifying wasted spend on non-performing keywords, and fixing funnel leaks on Shopify all needed to happen faster than a human team checking dashboards once a day could manage.
Our Solution
We connected Claude AI via API directly into the Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, building an automated system that flags issues before they cost real money. The system shares regular updates recommending negative keywords to block, identifies spend patterns that signal an ad is approaching saturation so it can be paused before performance drops, and pinpoints non-performing keywords, campaigns, and creatives across both platforms. We then used those insights to fix funnel drop-off points on the Shopify storefront — closing the gap between ad click and completed purchase.
The Outcome
