The Challenge
Healthians, India's largest home diagnostics brand, needed to generate high-volume leads for home health checkups across dozens of cities — without lead costs spiralling as healthcare ad competition intensified.
Our Solution
We built and managed performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube, continuously testing 2,500+ ad creative variations to fight ad fatigue. Custom brand characters and illustrated content drove emotional engagement, while city-specific 'Now in [City]' campaigns supported new-market launches.
The Outcome
We sustained 5,000+ daily leads at an average cost of ₹130 per lead — a number that held steady even as Healthians expanded into new cities. Over 1,000 campaigns were executed across the engagement, proving the model scales with the brand.
