Khara Kapas, a premium D2C fashion label, needed to convert social media attention into actual website traffic and sales — without losing the brand's editorial, premium feel in the process.

We built Instagram Stories ad campaigns optimized specifically for traffic and conversions, structuring a step-by-step sales funnel — separate cold-traffic and retargeting stages — to move shoppers from first impression to purchase. Creative matched the brand's premium aesthetic throughout — no generic 'sale' ads — while continuous audience testing surfaced the highest-intent fashion shoppers.
The Outcome
Over a year, Khara Kapas generated ₹23M+ in gross sales and ₹16M+ in total sales, fulfilling nearly all orders placed. With close to half of all customers coming back to buy again, the funnel proved itself built for repeat purchase, not just first-click conversion.
